  1. All remaining dues and the security deposit Rs minimum Rs5000/- must be settled at the time of vehicle pick-up. (Trip Starting Day.)
  2. Required Documents: Original driver's license and Aadhaar card must be presented at the time of pick-up (Photo copy not accepted)
  3. Your Package Includes ... Days ... Hrs ... kms. All extras will be chargeable.
  4. Fuel Policy

    The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up.

    Hyve Car Rentals does not provide refunds for excess fuel filled by customers. We recommend refueling the car to match the agreed level at the time of pickup to avoid unnecessary expenses. For any questions, feel free to contact our support team.

Important Terms and Conditions

  1. Travel Outside Kerala:

    Notify our office in advance and obtain the original documentation for the car. Pay the entry tax at the border checkpoint of other states. You will be liable for any losses if this is not adhered to.

  2. Security Deposit Refund Policy

    The security deposit will be processed on the third day after the vehicle is returned and refunded via account transfer.

  3. Usage Restrictions:

    Do not use vehicles off-road or on Jeep Road (Brick Road). All cars are under GPS monitoring. Compensation is required if such occurrences are detected.

  4. Trip Extension Policy:

    Trip extension is subject to vehicle availability. Notify us at least three days in advance. If you fail to return the vehicle on time, you will be liable for any losses incurred by the company.

  5. Late Return Policy:

    Late returns will incur additional charges. Please refer to our detailed policy on our website.

  6. Termination Clause:

    Any violation of terms will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

  7. Data Privacy Policy:

    Your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. For more details, visit our website.

  8. Vehicle Care:

    • No smoking or transporting pets inside the vehicle.
    • Do not tamper with the odometer or use the vehicle for illegal activities.
  9. Damage Policy

    In the event of any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, the customer will be held responsible for the repair costs as per our damage policy.   10. Late Arrival Policy

    If there is a delay in your train or flight arrival and our executive waits at the pickup location without prior notice of the delay, a waiting charge will be applicable. To avoid this, we kindly request customers to inform us in advance about any changes in their arrival time.
