The security deposit will be fully refundable for all cancellations, including no-shows.
The refund of the security deposit is made without interest after the vehicle is returned, subject to deductions for any charges or amounts receivable by the company as per the terms and conditions.
FasTag Policy
The company is not responsible for double payments or penalties related to FasTag usage.
Refunds are not provided for any unused balance in the FasTag wallet after recharging.
Pay Later Policy
